About the Course
Looking to learn more about animal science and rights? Well you came to the right place! The Writing 39C course discusses the topics of ethical animal treatment, intelligence, cognition, behavior, research and more. This portfolio will display my work throughout the quarter and how my writing develops as time goes on. The majority of my content will focus on elephants, as it is the animal I chose for my my research, advocacy project and social media campaign.

About the Author
Hi! My name is Britney Chung. Welcome to my Writing 39C site, I am so glad you have found your way to my page! I am currently a first year student at UC Irvine under Public Health Sciences. I am hoping to go to optometry school after graduating with my bachelors. I love any furry pet, however, unfortunately, I don't have any of my own. I hope to one day have a dog or two, but for now, I will have to live vicariously through my friends and family who do have pets. Anyway, feel free to check out my Twitter account where I do daily posts about animal science and explore my website!
